Vascular Surgery

Our experienced team of specialists at Newton-Wellesley Hospital evaluate, diagnose and treat vascular concerns ranging from leg pain and varicose veins to stroke prevention and aneurysm treatment. We offer state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technology. An excellent example of this is our increased emphasis on the use of minimally invasive techniques. Our fully credentialed endovascular surgeons are able to perform more procedures on an outpatient basis and significantly decrease the length of inpatient stays. These minimally invasive procedures are less traumatic to the patient and the family and result in better patient outcomes.

Minimally Invasive Approach

Minimally Invasive Approach

Our surgeons use an integrated management strategy to bring patients an unparallel level of clinical sophistication. The experience and specialized training of our surgeons enables them to use the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques. Patients benefit as a result with less trauma, better outcomes, lessened hospital stays and, in many cases, outpatient day surgery.
