Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
We provide expertise in all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. Over 13,000 procedures are performed in a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite each year.
Our gastroenterologists are members of policy-making organizations, including the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Liver Foundation, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. The Division is firmly committed to teaching at the student, resident and post-graduate level. We are also involved in clinical research, including therapy of inflammatory bowel disease.
Directions to the Endoscopy Suite
The suite is located in the Wikstrom Surgical Center, accessible through the East Entrance of Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
- Enter East Driveway
- Take second right into the East Entrance.
- Park in Patient/Visitor Garage and walk to first floor of the Garage.
- Walk outside of the Garage and enter the Hospital through the East Entrance.
- Follow the signs to the Endoscopy Suite.
